One of us carries your puppy on board in a soft carrier under the seat, meets you after the flight and walks you through feeding, potty routine and low blood sugar signs before handing it over.

Or send someone to collect. If someone you trust is traveling through Central Texas, they can collect your puppy from our home by appointment, meet the mother and get the full walkthrough. Tell us their name in advance and confirm it in writing.

A Chicago Winter With a Texas Puppy

Our puppies are born in Central Texas, so arriving in a Chicago January is a shock. On a winter delivery, bring a fleece or sweater to the airport and keep the carrier covered with a blanket on the walk to the car. Warm the car up before you load the puppy. At home, have pee pads or a litter tray down from day one. Wind chill off the lake can be dangerous for a 3 pound dog, and nobody wants to stand outside at 6 a.m. in February waiting for a puppy to go.
